2025 Bridal T&Cs
Thank you so much for your enquiry for my bridal makeup services. A wedding morning is so special and unique to every bridal party and they are something I absolutely adore being a part of and I really do feel so lucky to call this my job.
Now onto the less exciting, but albeit important stuff!
How much does it cost for a bridal party?
Hannah’s prices start from £500 for bridal parties of up to 5 people, so whether there is one person or five people in your party, the price remains the same.
My comfortable number for makeup on the day is 5 people, however in some cases I can offer more than that. The cost of each additional person over 5 people will be £70pp.
Each bridal quote is bespoke and additional costs for travel and overall time spent are to be calculated once the location and timings for the day have been confirmed.
How much deposit will I pay?
A non-refundable deposit of £150 is to be paid, as soon as agreed by Hannah and the bride, to secure the wedding date. This amount is deducted from the total cost of the day, outlined in the invoice sent out by Hannah.
The date cannot be held until the deposit has been paid and until then, the requested date will be open to other enquiries.
Will I have a bridal trial?
A trial is compulsory for the bride, Hannah advises a trial approximately 3 months prior to the wedding date, but this can be done at any time to suit your needs. Hannah has limited availability during peak wedding season, therefore January - April dates are more preferable.
Bridal trials are held on Tuesday’s/Thursday's at:
Hannah Taylor Bridal Hair & Training,
27a Mansfield Road,
Sheffield,
S12 2AE.
The cost is £75, to be paid on the day of the trial and is additional to the flat rate.
How far do you travel and much travel charge will I pay?
The travel cost is based on the length of time it takes for Hannah to travel home, only chargeable one way/per hour (for example, if it takes Hannah an hour to travel home, the travel cost will be £50).
In some cases, early morning bookings where Hannah has to start before 7am and if the travel time exceeds 75 minutes, accommodation close to your wedding venue will be required at the expense of/ and to be arranged by the bride.
How much time is required for makeup on the wedding day?
Hannah requires between 45 - 90 minutes per person on the wedding morning. Hannah will always require more time for bridal makeup and her only request is that the bride is never first, or last for her makeup where possible.
For example, for a bridal party of 5 Hannah will need 5 hours and 45 minutes, including setting time.
What happens if I have a large bridal party?
An additional artist will be required if Hannah is unable to do everyone's makeup in the required time (because of venue time constraints, or you have a large bridal party for example). This can be arranged by Hannah herself, always with your consent, or you can arrange this yourself with another MUA.
The cost of the additional artist will be added onto Hannah's flat rate, as an additional cost per person. The cost for this will be set by the assistant artist, at approximately £75 per person, plus a small travel fee for their time.
When will my final balance be due?
The final balance, plus travel, has to be paid one month before the wedding date. Hannah will send out an invoice the month before the wedding and this should be paid by the date stated.
Agreement and Consent of T&C’s
By paying your deposit, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Please be aware that it is the responsibility of the bride to familiarise themselves with, understand and accept responsibility for the T&C'S prior to booking.
Aside from the formalities, my main priority is to make sure you feel as relaxed, confident and beautiful as possible on your wedding day and I
will do my upmost to make sure of that.
Thank you so much,
Hannah
